SAP ME Webservice returns error in NetWeaver.

I am testing the webservice in NetWeaver from Single Service Administration. But when I click on Test by selection webservice, it returned the 503 Application Stopped Error.

Can some one help on how to avoid this error. I have attached the screenshots for reference.

Hi,

Are you able to login to SAP ME application? If not please check the running status of ME ear in netweaver.
