SAP ME slot configuration consumption

462

[SAP ME 15.1]

Hello,

I have a question for SAP ME experts, concerning slot configuration.

I configured a slot for a component of my material. Then I load the slot, and I configure a hook point at Pre-start in my resource.

So after that in the POD, I start the SFC to begin assembly, but this component even if it has been consumed at the pre-start, it still appears in the components list to be assembled again (with external lot or whatever ...)

the goal is to avoid consuming it in the slot, AND having to assemble it again in the POD component list.

Did I miss something?

I hope I was clear enough. Thanks.

Hi,

If you are trying to set up a time-based assembly, it looks as if you have missed some setup - please follow Time-Based Component Tracking How-To Guide available at help.sap.com for SAP Manufacturing Execution.

Hello Sergiy,

I followed the Time-Based Component configuration.

The assembled quantity is well registered in the As-built report (hook point Pre-start or Post-start), but after this, the component list still contains the component already assembled, as if nothing happened.

Is there a way to not show the component already assembled in the component list?

Thanks.

Hi,

For showing As-built data you actually do not need any hook.

You should to either post your entire scenario with all steps of the setup or submit a support ticket for a deeper investigation.
