sap me shows sometimes error code 15

could someone help me with this error

sap me sometimes shows this error: error code 15 occurred when passing the start signal to pinpoint(message 16061) sometimes intermittents issues is showed with the stations when the operator try to get the order from SAP ME to pinpoint program , LAN si ok , WAN apparently is ok too
