SAP ME Shop orders does not exist

Hi,

I cant find some shop orders. I have treid Shop order Maintanence, SHC Unscrap/Undelete, SFC release, but still cannot find the orders. Please help

Hi Archer,

Is the order created in S/4 HANA or ERP System and you have already MEINT integration in place to replicate the same to SAP ME?

If so, kindly check in SAP MEINT Queue Monitor whether Message of type LOIPROXX(Example: LOIPRO04) exists for the order. You will find order number in identifier field.

I have checked the MEINT queue with the Shop order number but still couldnt find. I believe the order is created in ERP. Any other options?

Hi Archer,

Kindly check in ERP, if the Order has status DISB (Distributed to MES).

If yes, then there is probably an issue in IDOC getting transferred to SAP ME (through SAP MII). You can check IDOC Status in WE02.

If no, then you have to check the setup of your Integration from SAP ERP side.
