I got a requirement to open the data collection screen for the SFCs which are processed multiple times at any operation. Is there a way to open up DC500 using routing script or any other ideas would be good. I know the table says multiple processing of an SFC at a single operation.
The inspector sends the SFC to previous operation when ever finds a defect.The inspector wants the operator should put the comment after fixing the issue. The comment is stored as data collection and right now it is not mandatory. I can do a DC check on complete, but the problem is, the operator does not want to see the popup screen for every SFC.
