Hello,
i want to create a routing in which the last step can be 3 different operations. (SAP ME 15.0)
Here you can see that there are 3 "QGATE_AOI...) operations.
The first is "measuring".
The second "review" if measuring set a Nonconformence (NC).
The third "repair" if review or measuring set a NC.
You can also always go back to measuring if a NC is open.
The propertie "Queue Decision" of the routing steps should be "Next Operatior". And the Link properties with "Open Nonconformances" and "No Open Nonconformances" should decide where to go.
If i want to save the routing i get back following error:
Error while saving routing: 'Step "050(Quality Gate "Leakage")" has a queue decision of "next operator"; this step can have operations only as next steps (Message 14523)' (Message 14510)
How could I resolve this problem?
Is there another possibility to create a routing in which you can have 3 different Operations at last step?
(I also tried it with "Anyorder and simultaneous group" and with Sub-Routings)
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Kevin,
dispositions at selve work. But then I have the same problem, that all 3 operations should be able to set a SFC to Done (if no NC is open).
I try with my collegues something else, but if only can one operation can be last we have to think about another solution.
Thank you.
Markus

Hi Markus,
Is there any reason why you aren't using disposition functions? Your AOI operation would be your last operation and if an NC were created you could disposition it onto a router which allowed you to review or rework it then either "return to original" or "return to next". This would also make your routers much simpler and remove your need to use router scripts.
Thanks
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
With the disposition routing I also get no solution. Or I don't understand what you mean.
I always have to be able to go back to QGATE_AOI if NCs are open. Or I can go from "QGATE_AOI_REVIEW" to "QGATE_AOI_REPAIR" if NCs are open.
I think my main problem ist, that all 3 operations can be set a SFC to Done if no NCs are open.
Do you think this is possible at all?
Thank you
Hi Markus, I will need to double check but Im pretty sure that you can only have one "is last reporting step" just like you can one have one "entry step" operation.
Can you explain what you have tried with dispositions and why this doesn't give you a solution? I have implemented ME in numerous board build production lines using dispositions with no issues so maybe I can help guide you or if you have a unique requirement I can feed it back to the design team.
You will find a how to guide for NCs here https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/download/attachments/361234549/SAP%2BME%2BHow-To-Guide%2B-%2BNonconfor...
Thanks
Kevin
