SAP ME popup from SAP MII

Hi to all,

is there a way to open a pop-up on SAP ME POD, from MII workbench? The case would be that the machine would do something in the background and on finish the MII would trigger a DC pop-up for user to enter something?

Hi!

Not sure what popup means here, but I saw customers who have a page in MII which contains links to different PODs in ME. So a user clicks on a link and then the POD gets opened in a new tab of the internet browser.

Hi Sergiy,

I meant for example a DC500 activity triggered on POD as a popup layout setting. The user would be logged into the POD, so there is no option for him to click on url, when he is logged in I would like to automatically open a popup on POD.

Popup cannot be opened automatically. You should use fixed panes of the layout instead to make it visible on opening POD.
