SAP ME - Integration of Quality Inspection Lot - error in Queue monitor

Hello Experts,

I am sending a production order with an operation including quality characteristicts. I want to have a shop order with a data collection based on the defined quality characteristics in SAP ERP. But the shop order in ME is not created. In the queue monitor I find the following error for the LOIPRO03 workflow:

Invalid from SAP ERP to SAP ME via MEINT. the shop order is not created. In value "ShopOrderBO:W000,000001000264" specified for "attachedToGbo" (Message 10011).

I was not able to resolve the issue by changing the SAP ME settings or the ERP data.

Does anyone have some experience with this type of error?
