SAP ME Clock in Confirm Problem

Hello Experts,

I have a problem regarding to Clock in Confirm in SAP ME. When i log in to SAP ME an error appears, "Cannot registry the entry, the user must be assigned to a cost center, contact your supervisor. (Message 18353)". When i click on "Ok button" the browser send me back to the login page everytime. I already configure the labor rule maintenance to "Automatic clock-in at logon" i think this is the problem, because i forgot to assigned the cost center to the user, but i cant do that know, because everytime sends me back to the login page.

Theres is a way to reset the configuration to default? o maybe create a user from UME with certain roles. No matter what user i choose, the message is the same, even with SITE_ADMIN

Hi,

I solved the issue updating directly the LABOR_RULE table setting the CLOCK_IN_CONTROL field to "M" (Manual).

Maybe try logging in NWA directly where you can access the UME without logging into ME/MII?

Now this is a guess, but I think you can access the database directly and modify the user to add the cost center. Definitely not the best approach, but it might be the easiest to implement.
