SAP ME Archiving - Error in background process Execution

Hi Experts,

currently on our customer side we want ta activate standard Best practice SAP ME Archiving process and after we do all steps (as listed below) we have one problem in Background Process Execution on SAP ME.

Steps we did:

1.Archive Post-Installation Requirement: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2588409 --> Stop and start NW

2.Archiving Background Process Recommendations --> Backround Process Execution

I have the exact same problem on the project I work on, and the notes mentioned aren't of any help.

Is there an other explanation/proposition ?
