Here is my list of what to do if you are involved with either side of the interview and do not have any MII exposure.

• Be honest
• Read the help documentation
• Read everything else you can find
• Focus on general platform agnostic development skills and concepts.
• Focus on critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Focus on domain/functional skills
• Read the help documentation
• Be honest

It is impossible to always be able to staff projects with resources that have the specific experience you may need. Especially when dealing with certain products and niches. There are however skills someone can have that can translate rather painlessly into a productive MII resource.

Anyway I would not recommend embarking on any MII endeavor without at least one sr. experienced resource. Often one is all you need.
