SAP ME 15.2 OEE

I have been trying SAP ME 15.2 OEE.

In the material from SAP it says:

Quality KPI – Quality of Production of the Resource by measuring the Good Production against the Total Production per Operation

In my tests only scrap is seen as Quality loss. Is that the way Quality calculation should work? In general OEE should show as quality figure Quality = Good Count/ Total count. And also rework should be considered here, not only scrap.

I have tried all the scenarios I can imagine and no matter what I do I cannot get the quality figure to react on failed (but not scrapped) SFCs. The operation yield drops, but quality indicator not.

Hi Petri,

Indeed, only Scrapped Qty is counted in Quality KPI. Nonconformed Qty will be addressed in future releases as an enhancement.

Recently there has been a change introduced as SAP Note 2772948. You might want to look into it too.
