Is there a IDES solution available for SAP PPM 5.0 or 6.0.

As far as I know - usually PPM is available in IDES, ideally from EHP 5 onward, but better EHP7. The more older version the more preparation is required. One of the most important AddOn: CPRXRPM must be installed, but as mentioned above this component is usually available in IDES already.
To have system readiness indeed there are couple steps are required to execute, e.g. RFC, BCV, User Roles, etc. only this way PPM will be ready to use in IDES.

Not to my Knowledge.. Are you planning to learn SAP PPM? Better would be to register for a course..
