SAP EHS :-WWI Conditional Output on "User Defined Text" in Characteristic(CT04)

Hi Experts,

I have a characteristic and in this i have values for "User Defined text",

Now i want to write a conditional output in WWI for the following scenarios

• Output should display if the values are present in "User Defined text" for a characteristic ( FYI I am using this tab for Long text to display more than 30 Char)
• If there is no values are there for "User Defined text" then it should display Characteristic Values

kindly guide me how to achieve the above scenarios

the solution can be obtained by using "blank compression with alternative". Refer to link as provided by Marc.

You can do this with a so called blank compression.
