SAP EHS Incident Management

Hi Team,

if any delete of  the Incident happens in the production system, is it possible to undo the incident.

Please do guide me.

Hi HRHK,

How the incident was deleted there no option to delete an incident once created, can you tell me which CE your using ????? And how the incident was deleted ?????? if deleted there is no potion for undo it ... you have to createe same incident again...

We have option to delete incident, there is no option to undo.

We have to create the similar incident

Was there any possibility to restore/reinstate the deleted EHS incidents in SAP. Or any standard process which SAP has suggested to restore the deleted Incidents?
