Hi Experts,
Can some one tell me about how to configure the EHS module , as i have to preparae an AVI'S for client demonstration.
The client wants to look at the below things in system
How you enter a risk for a particular piece of equipment or a process
How you enter an Incident
How you enter an Injury
How incident / Injuries are then communicated to people (is there a std report or something that could be sent to Managers etc.)
How you enter a hazard
How you enter corrective actions arising from Audits, Hazards, Risk Assessments & Incidents & Injuries
How the corrective actions are then passed on to the person responsible
How we track Corrective actions
Some standard reports
i basically need how to record an incident injury and hazard so that i can configure the same in my local system and prepare AVI'S
Looking forward for cooperation

Hi Santosh
very nice question
i m one of the best person to answer on this, i handled same in my recent project and client appreciated this work
ok coming to the point
basically these things comes under IH&S module of EH&S
for creating
Risk assessment use CBIH12
Incident accident management use CBIH82
injury illness log use CBIH72
safety measures are for 3 things for work area, risk assessment, and incident accidnet log
and very well withing same transaction it can be tracked and monitored, person responsible can be set in same t code
if further any issues are there related to config plz refer best practices document on sap help portal, in same link http://help.sap.com/bp_miningv1600/Mining_AU/Html/index.htm
u wil get best practices for mining industry, where all processes with configuration as well as sim files are given, and they r freely downloadable
best of luck
thanks and regards

Hi Santosh,
Mandar has almost covered your questions. You would need to go through SAP help before you actually start working on the system. Should have any questions later do paste here.
