SAP EHS-BAPI_BUS1077_CREATE

Hello All

Is it possible to create a new transport classification data(table EST0F) of a specification, through BAPI_BUS1077_CREATE without creating a new specification. Our requirement is that ,we need a new entry in transport classification of an existing specification.

I tried to use this BAPI by passing sub header, prop header,prop value and new transport classification data. But didn't work.
