Hi Vikram,
In addition to the above, EP can also be utilized for Incident reports and accident free days dashboard.
Thanks,

Hello Vikram,
With Enhancement Pack 5, Planned in Q4 of this year, some new portal roles covering Incident Management and Dashboard display using xCelsius is planned for release. The functionalties include Initial Incident Recording, User Interface and workflows. I thought previously there was on function - Incident Fast Recording (TechniData development) which is a webbased incident accident recording. I am not sure whether this is part of Enhancement Pack 4 or due for relase.
Thanks

Hi Vikram,
As rightly pointed out by Jaya, Technidata is coming up with web-based "Incident fast recording" functionality slated to be released late in this year. It is being called as "Technidata Solution Enhancement Version#3" by Technidata. It's covering the following new aspects of Incident / Accident Management.
1.IH Cockpit :
--> Condenses seven standard SAP EHS Management screens into one u201Ccockpitu201D screen where all parts of the process can be accessed quickly.
-->Easier process for uploading/attaching documents
-->Fully customizable navigation tree and view settings for single screen transaction.
2. Incident Fast-Entry web screen :
-->Allows distributed entry on a simple screen for field users
-->Could also be used to record near misses
-->Data elements available and field labels on initial screen will be customizable without programming
3. Incident Claims Management (ICM):
-->Extends the Incident Management business process to include claims resulting from injuries or other circumstances.
--> Integration with Medical Services from OH module
--> Management of Payments with integration to FICO module
Hope, this answers your question in detail. If so, please mark the question as being "answered"

EHSM 2.0 is currently available for download ofcourse with license. EHSM as indicated above needs SAP ECC EHP5 as pre-requisite.
EHSM provides a new foundation for EH&S in netweaver portal and along with that the first module that has been integrated with foundation is the incident management.
EHSM provides a new framework to access all the EH&S components from Netweaver portal using ABAP workflows. As Netweaver cannot access the ABAP workflows directly there is a new framework that has been superbly designed to accompolish this. EHSM also used Adobe document services extensively for form generation. All screen and fields can be configured and workflow monitoring has been improved efficently.
EHSM wil be the go forward path for SAP in enhancing EH&S module. More and more functionalities will be added to EHSM foundation
Thanks
