Hi,
I have no access to a SAP system with a link to SAP EH&S OCC, so I put my question here. When importing data via SAP EH&S OCC, you are able to have a staging overview showing the current data and the data pulled in from the external source. Is it possible to see in this overview list who maintained a specific property that could be overwritten by the data of the external source?
Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,
I guess you are talking about the data load simulation feature of OCC? In that case: No. You only see which data are present in the system for a particular specification, but no administrative information like who maintained the data or when.

Hello
the OCC tool is only dedicated to the load from business point of view. As Ralph explained: only "business data" is shown and no administration data.
In any case: OCC is called from CG02 as a "secondary data determination program". Any change is done in the data base with the user id of the user who do the upload.
May be you know that you can use EH&S standard tools to check who has maintained which data in CG02.
One option is program: RSSCD110 which is explained here.

Second option: in the menue of cg02 you will find an additional option to check who has maintained what (use: Extras => Change Document Log).
Normally this option is useful but not easy to understand. Ma ybe one option would be first to check the data (which has maintaijned something) before doing the upload/change.
With best regards
C.B.
