SAP ECTR WEB UI NOT WORKING - "403 FORBIDDEN"

We encountered the following error when I wanted to view a document in WUI system in SAP ECTR.

(myssocntl service is active.)

Can you help me.

Seems the SICF is not configured correct.

The "myssocntl" adaptations were correct.

Thanks to the note below, we found a solution to the problem.

SAPGUI 7.70 was installed on our computer.

But a document in ECTR could not be opened with EDGE.

We couldn't open it in IE because there is no IE 11 support.

We installed SAPGUI 8 PATCH 1 64 BIT.

Again, Edge was not active.

For this reason, we went back to SAPGUI 7.70 and fixed this issue with the "WebView2" plugin.

Hallo Nazif,

seems you are using the old IE. Can you switch to Edge?

Hello Gerhard,

We uninstalled the IE program. We installed the EDGE program. However, no page is opened now. It seems like the command is disabled.It doesn't give any reaction.
