SAP ECTR interface to Mentor Xpedition Synchronize Parts: failed to create WIN32OLE object

Hi Expert,

I use the SAP Engineering Control center interface to Mentor Xpedition.

After I click the "synchronize Parts" menu, the following exception occurred:

failed to create WIN32OLE object from `MGCPCBLibraries.PartsEditorDlg'
HRESULT error code:0x80040154
Class not registered

Hope someone can help solve this issue.
