Can you please clarify or provide any document that can clarify how connections between three partner MII, ME , ECC is performed, and what is the untility for SAP ME.
I'm newbie in this topic and I need a simple clarification.

Hi,
Refer guide How to Send an IDoc from SAP ECC to the SAP MII.
Refer ME Installation guide, on how to execute SAPMEINT CTC wizards & complete ME to ECC configuration.
