SAP - DMC wrong inspection point valuation for process order

Hi, 

Need help to identify where I am missing any setting for the valuation of inspection point correctly in Digital manufacturing . All MIC's actual results are out of range , hence the MIC valuation result is ' valuation out of range'(image attached) , however , the Inspection point must have 'REJECTED' valuation in this case but in Digital manufacturing  the valuation  for inspection point is showing  ACCEPTED (image attached) .

Dear Customer! Is the inspection point valuation correctly set to "Rejected" in S/4HANA and wrongly displayed in SAP DM ? If so, please open a ticket and share the integration message and sample details for reproducing the issue. However, if the inspection point valuation is the same in SAP DM and S/4HANA then please check your QM configuration and master data settings in S/4HANA (sampling procedure with valuation mode, inspection point definition in S/4HANA (IMG) and in SAP DM, and furthermore please check whether the setting "automatic valuation" is set for inspection points in the routing operation details). All of these settings could influence that an inspection point is accepted even if all characteristics are rejected. Thank you. Best regards, Manfred
