SAP DMC additional consumption

Hello,

How to execute additional consumption of BOM component in WORK CENTER POD - discrete manufacturing.

For example we assembled 1 of 1 pcs - according to required quantity visible in BOM but in process we need to make additional consumption because material was broken during production. So overall consumption will be more than 1 pcs.

Hi Piotr,

You can switch "Assembly Qty as Required" to YES at Component level in Manage Bills of Materials app.

Search for "Assembly Qty as Required" at https://help.sap.com/docs/sap-digital-manufacturing/execution/adding-bom-components for more details.
