I would like to find a roadmap for implementing DMC. Can anyone share?

I'm also wondering what methodology was used in the implementation?

Hello Ruslan,

we used SAP Activate Methodology and applied it to DMC Implementation Projects. So we structured the projects with the following phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run. We aligned our workshops with the goals of the different project phases from a DMC perspective and used this as a guidance.

From our experience this makes sense also in the perspective that there might be projects where DMC is implemented together with SAP S/4HANA and with using the same methodology you can bring together all dependant implementation projects.

Thank you very much for the answer. I know about this roadmap. I would like to find an implementation roadmap for a client (stages like workshops, fit⪆ analysis, etc.)
