SAP Crystal Server 2016 Support Package 09

Please could someone help me? I am trying to update SAP Crystal Server 2016 with Support Package 09. When I ran the update it warned me about some deprecated components and gave a link to view the full list and workarounds. I cannot for the life of me find any 'whats new in SP09' type documents.

The link in the installer is https://me.sap.com/notes/2801797 but I get a SAP No data page. I can eventually get the home page to load but I cannot find the notes. I really need to see them because we use BOE and that is mentioned along with Dashboards as being deprecated. Please can someone tell me where to find these release notes I have spent around 2 hours searching and the only Support Pack info for Crystal Server 2016 is for SP06.

Also, you should have a support contract so log in here:

https://support.sap.com/en/index.html

and create a Incident to connect with a Support Engineer to assist you in resolving your issue.

You can also then view the SAP Note.

It could be due to SAP Log in was not working, try it again now, it appears to be working again
