SAP CPM for S4 hana

Does CPM as a part for S4 hana as I am new to a project for a construction company. Like to know about forecasting tools.

I am not sure if I understand your question, I see you have tagged S/4HANA Cloud, but in your question you only indicate "S4 hana". For which product do you want to know whether CPM functionality & forecasting is included, public cloud, or private cloud? Perhaps also better if you add the tag "SAP Commercial Project Management" so the CPM experts will also see your question.
