SAP connection error thru VPN

Hi,

when trying to connect SAP thru VPN am getting this error. our IT helpdesk says it is due to laptop(new dell lattitude) error since i was able to connect thru my old laptop.

is there any solution? our IT support says format the new laptop and try..
