because i am planning to start research in the field of computer vision.

Hi Sandeep
I'm not sure exactly what you are after but SAP AR has done work using the Apps SDK for wearables. There is an SCN article with details http://scn.sap.com/community/mobile/blog/2014/09/10/wearables-at-work-sap-launches-augmented-reality...
I do not recall anyone else using the SDK for Computer Vision. AR would be the closest.
