SAP AFS availability in South Africa

Good Day Sir/Madame. We are looking for a manufacturing program to replace our legacy system. My engagement with the SAP South African team was that your SAP program could not do what our legacy system does and nor was it viable at the time for SAP to invest time into such a task. is SAP AFS available in South Africa? Can it be used in a manufacturing entity which has product codes that are manufactured in hundreds of variations and a wide size and fitting range.
