SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer 8.0 not opening firefox

Hi

We are using SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer 8.0 (8.0.100.27.428) and it worked fine on IE & Friefox

But currently the SAP Viewer Addon is not listing on FIREFOX browser (52.0.2) , because of which 3D Viewer is not working on Firefox.

Could you please help us to resolve this issue.

This is not answer for the above query.

Kindly help me how to configure Visual enterprise Viewer in IE,FF & Chrome browsers.

Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately, Firefox browser dropped support of Active X plug-ins. Please consider using VIT (webGL viewer).
