Hello Shi, The SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Applications SDK 3.0 bundle can be downloaded from https://store.sap.com/sap/cp/ui/resources/store/html/SolutionDetails.html?pid=0000012811. This bundle is comprised of the SDK for iOS, Windows/WPF and JavaScript (although if you are planning a browser based implementation you should use sap.ui.vk library from https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/sdk/ if possible).
