Sample phrases

Hello,

Does SAP provide a phrase library for their customers? There is mention of sample files in the Q50_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.doc but my Basis contact cannot locate the files. Do these only come with the Best Practice installation? Can anyone share these with me if you have them?

Hi Joseph,

In the Best practices you have to import files from this directory "..\Misc\Chemicals\US\EHS\Master Data Load files"

This data is only for test purpose.

to my knowledge something like max 5 companies exists which provides

a.) WWI templates

b.) rulestes

c.) phrases

d.) legal data/content

etc.

which can be used to support EHS processes.

As TechniData is now part of SAP SAP is providing as explained in the thread the "content" (CLEO is the former name) as a service to the EH&S customer.

Hi Joe,

As far as I know you need to purchase phrases with the SERC (SAP EHS Regualtory Content), a set of property trees, phrases, rule sets, MSDS temapltes and regulatory data, divided by region. I don't think any phrases are delivered with an EHS installation.
