I have a material with no inventory left in the plant. Sales Orders are confirming scheduled lines against a future PO. Let us say the PO due date is two weeks into the future. The supplier delivers one week early. I now have inventory back in stock. At this point, I have 100+ sales orders with confirmed schedule lines still one week in the future. New Sales Orders are confirming against the inventory, while the older orders wait until their future dates. No matter how much inventory we have, the original back ordered schedule lines will not reschedule to a sooner date based on material availability. I have to open 100 sales orders, one at a time and perform an availability check to get it to update.
Is there some way to perform a mass material availablity check on all 100 orders to avoid this manual activity?
