I have recently encountered that my S4Q was alerting to critical. May I know what is S4Q exactly?

What are the impacts that could arrive from such alerts?

Odd question really but let me guess here. We have no clue about your system landscape but you probably have a S4 installation where you have a S4D, a S4Q and S4P, correct?
