Dear Customer,

To submit cases to SAP, a S-user needs the following specific authorizations: Display Cases, Display all Cases, Report Technical Problem, Send Cases to SAP, Close Cases and Display Cloud Data (only needed for some Cloud Solutions KBA, as outlined in KBA 1296527 - How to Create a Support Case for SAP Support - SAP for Me.
These permissions are essential for sending cases to SAP support.

The assignment of these authorizations needs to be done by a current and active Super Administrator from the company, as per KBA 1511008 - How to Add or Change S-user ID Authorizations - SAP for Me. Only they can grant the necessary access to an S-user. Having the right authorizations makes it easier to interact with SAP support.
To make it easier, the steps on KBA 1614304 - How to use the Copy Authorization feature for S-user IDs - SAP for Me can be followed, providing all information to copy all authorizations at once and providing a package to promote the users to super admins.

Best regards,
SAP Support
