Dear experts.
I need to manage S-USER associated to Customer. This user is a administrator and I need to eliminate de relationship between Customer and this S-USER.
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/user/management/user_admin/search
How can I remove the relationship between the user ID from the Customer number? The objective would be that the user could continue to exist but could not perform any activity within the customer number.
Would the proper procedure be to delete this entry that I attach in the image?
thanks and best regards.

Hello David,
In note 2423500, SAP states that an S-User ID is created under a specific customer number and is owned by that particular customer number. An S-user cannot be re-assigned to another customer number. If a person moves to another company, a new S-User ID will be required.
However if what you want is to keep your certifications, you should contact SAP and they will do it.
You can find more information about how the SAP S-Users of SAP works in this post. I hope you find it useful.
Kind Regards,
Cristina Gil Gallo
