S/4HANA and MES require version

Will upgrade S/4. Don't know if it has requirements for ME version. For ME 6.0.

Not only SAP ME 6.0, but also releases 6.1 and and 15.0 are not in maintenance anymore. Furthermore, SAP ME and MII versions 15.1 and 15.2 Mainstream Maintenance periods end on December 31, 2022.
Please plan your upgrades accordingly. For more details, see the links below:

While technically you may manage to connect 2 systems, the option for a standard MEINT CTC Wizard for S4 is available starting ME 15.1 release only. It may require quite some consulting work to make S4 work with ME 6.0.

Remember that the connection is made via MII, hence check SAP Note 2348379 - 'SAP MII integration compatibility with SAP S/4 HANA' too for MII versions.
