Hello,
Workflow WS00500001 does not trigger for Incident Lifecycle. Consistency Check for Event Linkage shows that Class CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_LC does not exist.
Has anyone faced similar issue before, if you can shed some light please?
h1dra : Tagging you as I have come across one thread where you have answered PCO classes are not relevant. So, I would appreciate your input to this please.

Dear Udit,
the old "PCO" classes which were used to connect the Incident, Risk Assessment, and other EHS Business Objects to the workflow are replaced by a set of adapter classes with S/4HANA 1809. With this major change, all workflow-related functionality is put on a different technical basis which is much more performant and simplified compared against the PCO/PCBO concept.
If you have a look at the transaction SWE2, there should be a lot of CL_EH*ADAPTER* classes. The transaction EHFND_WFF_PRCDEF_LST can be considered as obsolete.
With kind regards,
Michael

hi udittrivedi , while you wait for h1dra to reply, as CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_LC has been deleted in 1909, why dont you run EHFND_WFF_PRCDEF_LST as per note 2898885 to see if there are recommendations for your task
cheers!A
