Hello Experts,

Greetings of the day...

When running the expert rule ZEXP_CLNOT we are encountering this error as attached below.

1.Cross verified the Manage user exits level and CGSADM of this particular rule set of .ruc & .mdb file which is available in EHS Expert server.

2. Also, we checked Manage user exit level & Specify Data origin in SPRO (IMG)

Kindly Require your valuable suggestions!

Thanks & Regards

Tam

Hello Tam Tam,

It's tough to suggest without looking into your entire set up of Expert and CGSADM. It's not straight forward thought need to troubleshoot one after another. DM plz.

Hello Tam Tam,

This is the main rule mdb and ruc files, you have sub rules delivered by 3E under folder

04-ExpertRules - 99_general_sub_rules.

Make sure that you will place these rules in Expert server and mapped. You need M Factor to run the CLNOT, it's not mandatory but it's required for better classification.

Hi Satya Garu,

We took a look at what you said. Everything looks good. But still error is populating? Is there anything else you want me to check?

Thanks

Hello Tam,

I guess you will have to create a log of the rule set, log level 5, and check in there where and when the error happens.

Best regards,

Ralph
