RPM - ITEM ---An exception with the type CX_SY_CREATE_OBJECT_ERROR occurred

Hello,

I am using PPM 5.0 on NWBC.

When I click on create item I am coming across the following error -

"An exception with the type CX_SY_CREATE_OBJECT_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause"

Even I am not able to see previously created items on the dashboard. However in the /RPM/ITEM_D table the data exists.

I could create an item before. What could be the probable cause for this and how to correct this ?

This issue was solved with the Note 1915338.
