Routing time in costing

Hi

The routing time of an article looks like this at the moment:

Labour time is 23,48 minutes.

If we run standard cost estimate in CK13N we see this:

The run of costing calculate 23,33 minutes.

In previus year changed routing time from 23,33 to 23,48:

Why don't we see the change in costing?
