Hi Everyone,
Im facing a problem in one of the orders I created for executing the routing operations.
According to this Image, operation 3 should only start after completion of operation 1 and 2. But what Im facing currently is that, right after operation 1 is completed at the Work center, the operation 3 is in queue and operation 2 is totally skipped.
Could anyone please help me out, how can I arrange 2 operations at the same time at different resources and in order to start operation 3 I need both the operation 1 and 2 must be completed.
Thanks for the help in advance.
Note: I have used here Normal operation Activity master service for routing.

There are a few issues with this design, the first is that the routing should contain a single entry step which in your diagram would be Op1 OR Op2 but cant be both. To correct this and your main question both of these operations should be inside an "Any Order Group".
Hope this helps

Hi Sayuj,
Your current router design works as expected. if you want to force a group of operations to be executed in parallel or in any order, before the next Operation in the router, you will need to use an Any-Order or Simultaneous Order Group in your router, as described here.
