Role function from Checklist template to Project

Hi,

When we resolve checklist reference in project in resource tab we are getting all the roles and participants under that role.But, value of role function is not getting floated from checklist template resource tab role to project resource tab role. For reference please see below screenshot.

Same is not available in Project

Further we tried implementing BADI DPR_ATTRIBUTES with filter value RAG as Object Type DPR_TV_BADI_OBJECT_TYPE.But when we resolve reference it is not getting triggered. So what can be done to achieve this?
