Risk Assessment - Action - Implementor F4 is empty

Hello ,

I am working on SAP EHSM Risk assessment Application. Recently we have moved to Quality after successful Unit testing in one of Development client.

In Risk Assessment, while creating Task(Action) , Responsible and Implementor fields dont have any F4 values. Please Suggest which configurations are missed out or any workaround to get values for Responsible and Implementor.

Hello Sonja,

For the logged in user, check if all the Roles and Workflow agents are assigned.

There were Agents missing in Incident manager Workflow and hence this issue was happening. Check with your functional consultant.
