Customer system integration seems to encounter some problems.
Problem 1: when you right-click to open and edit a CATIA document for the first time in ECTR, the system usually reports an error. Please refer to the attachment for error information
Problem 2: When the first opening is unsuccessful, you need to open and edit the document again before you can open the CATIA document.
Problem 3: The problem occurs on multiple machines
Problem 4:The CATIA interface of the customer's system is very unstable,The problem is accidental, and we haven't located the reason.
The computer system version is windows10 64 bit professional version.The ECTR version is 5.1.16.2, CATIA version is CATIA P2 V5 R20, and the interface version is 1.1.1.1.We have prepared the screenshot of error reporting and the ECTR log.Can you tell me how to deal with it?
