RFC WWI_WORD_START

Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to modify a report from CG42, but SAP shows message "Can not be displayed document xx version xx".

I can display report, but not modify.

I think it's becouse RFC wwi_word_start doesn´t run. I have configurated it below SAP best practice document Q50_BB, but it doesn´t run.

May anybody tell me any idea?

It's necesary to install a wwi program downloadable from sap.com on laptop in mode create reports; you have to do it every ten days

It seems to be service 3301, SAPjava conector; see sap.net

Thank you, but already I have checked those note, and RFC continues without runs.

Any more ideas?
