Hello All,

I am a startup consultant in EHSM 3.0 module and I have a question which may be basic.

What does Restricted Access option in EHSM in Incident Manager role signifies ? What business Scenario would need us to select Yes or No ?

Please find the image below for clarity.

Appreciate your responses.

Thanks,

Shriram Kulkarni

Dear Srikanth

"Restricted Access" option is used to  restrict access to complete incidents (for example, all incidents that occurred in an organizational unit or plant) or to specific data such as person information for injured persons. Based on these settings, information is only displayed to a restricted number of users.

For certain regulations, it is also possible to mark an incident as a privacy case. This means that the system excludes person-related data from legal reporting and analytical reporting.
