One of our client is working in MRS900. Its business has maintenance crew which is a mix of Permanent and Contract resources. This contract labour are against a long term contract and works hand in hand similar to permanent crew.
Here as base configuration , all the manpower has been mapped as "Business partners" rather than HR resources, by selecting the BP radio button (since MRS allows either HR resources or BP). Hence all permanent resources (having PERNR in HR structure) and contractors, has been mapped as BP and assigned to RP node.
But here the challenge is these contract resources need to be frequently shifted from one RP node (workcenter) to another or sometimes a moved out and new person joins in his place. Since this activity is very frequent, we are facing challenge in removing / assigning new BP to a RP node on a frequent basis. Is there any other way/best practice to handle such situation for contract resources?
