Resource missing in PPM

Hi all,

I have a resource who is already in HRP1000, but I can't find the resource when I search via the edit Resource service in Portfolio and Project Administration.

I have integration with HR running and it works for other resources.

Any idea why I can't find the resource when it is already in HRP1000 table?

Hi Morten,

Resources(Personnel numbers) which are having respective business partners with BP role-Employee are only visible in the 'Edit resource' screen.

If you have integrated HR system, then, whether the resource was created in HCM system before integration or after?

If it is before, then you can run the report 'HR_SYNC_PERSON' for specific/range of personnel numbers to create business partners with 'Employee' BP role.

Or otherwise, you can try making a small change to the HR personnel number to create/update the respective BP.

Thank you for your reply.

The integration runs daily, so it should not matter if resource is created in HCM system before or after integration.

The user exists as a BP with Role Employee, but I can't find the CP in HRP1000.
